We encourage members of our freelance program and internship program to join us full time and that has been the preferred route for many of our current associates.
Our recruitment process is designed to find people with complementing skills and appreciate our beliefs.
- We expect candidates to be able to explain the underlying science or mathematics of the work that they have done.
- We conduct the process over multiple sessions giving sufficient time for candidates to find answers and we are interested how they found out.
- We also expect them to come up with multiple solutions with advantages and limitation for each solution.
- As part of the process we make it a point that they meet most of our team members to see if they are comfortable.
