Our print inspection solution can detect a wide variety of defects including
registration errors, color variance, color plane registration, variable data
defects, die-cut variations and special coatings like embossing. We use high
resolution cameras with high bit depth and high dynamic range at high speeds. Based on the inspection to be performed the camera and illumination setup is
designed.

The YantraVision Web Inspection System is an inline machine vision system that can identify all the surface defects in any kind of paper product even at very high speeds of 600+ m/min. The system is highly accurate and reliable with an easy to use interface. The system can be highly customized for different kind of paper products such as Kraft paper, Duplex paperboard, Maplitho, Printing paper etc.
