BlueVision – The Line Scan and Area Scan Experts for High speed, High resolution applications
Founded in 2009, BlueVision is a Japanese company that provides PRISM cameras and industrial lenses for various quality control applications across industries. BlueVision uses prism technology to provide single point pixel data for R, G, B and SWIR wavelength.
SWIR Cameras use InGaAs sensors to image in the wavelength range of 900 nm to 1700 nm. SWIR Imaging is similar to visible spectrum imaging as light in this wavelength range is reflected, absorbed or transmitted by objects. Depending on the composition of the object, high contrast imaging is possible using SWIR. In addition PRISM technology can be used in many sorting and inspection applications requiring data of both visible and SWIR spectrum at the same point.
YantraVision uses BlueVision cameras to design and implement complete machine vision systems for applications like high speed sorting, print inspection and other web applications.
